The Work to be done consists primarily of constructing the Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (MUST) Facility to treat stormwater runoff and produce recycled water for beneficial reuse. The Contractor shall furnish, fabricate, construct, deliver, and install a fully functioning stormwater treatment facility, including all sitework, landscaping, and utilities. The facility reinforced masonry building includes associated HVAC equipment, ductwork, plumbing work, material handling and process equipment, chemical storage and feed systems, interconnected piping systems, pipe supports, and all appurtenant work, in accordance with these Bid Documents. The Project also includes all electrical work for power, instrumentation and controls, security, and communications that serve the facility, as indicated in the Bid Documents. Bids are required for the entire Work. The project site is located on De Forest Ave & W Chester Place.
