The work necessary for the completion of this contract includes:
Lift/remove all existing interfering furniture, tables, chairs off the floors to another
area of the building to make space for the work;
Remove and dispose all existing floor material and wall base in the Recreation
Room;
Furnish and Install Mannington Commercial Amtico Signature Wood LVT
(Harbour Pine, AROW7990) or Engineer approved equal;
Furnish and install Tarkett Johnsonite Traditional 4-inch x 1/8-inch Vinyl Wall
Base (Black) or Engineer approved equal;
Chip and clean exterior concrete pad outside of the Recreation Room;
Furnish and apply Cementitious Mortar Mixture, Sika Top 123 polymer, or
Engineer approved equal, on exterior concrete pad outside of the Recreation
Room to fill in the holes in the concrete pad;
Pressure wash concrete pad;
Apply Sika EZ Patch or Engineer approved equal to concrete surface with light
broom finish over the entire area of the concrete pad and blend;
Put back furniture, tables, chairs, etc. that were moved. Bid Bond 0.00%
