As of July 2023, this project is under construction. It is unclear if it is completed at this time. The Project consists of Multi-Prime Bid Packages as follows, with appropriate License: Bid Package #10A- Doors, Frames, Hardware- C-28 and D-28 Bid Package #10B - Lath &Plaster, Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Joint Sealants as Applies, B License with Appropriate Sub Licenses as applies Bid Package #13A Flooring, C-15 License BP #13B Tile, C-54 License. In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, prospective bidders for Bid Package #10B only are required to submit to the District a completed set of prequalification documents. DIR Registration is a prerequisite to submitting prequalification documents. Trade Contractors will be notified by email or by mail of their prequalification rating within a reasonable period of time after submission of their prequalification documents. Addenda will be posted on this website as well, and it is each bidders' responsibility to check the website(s) to ensure all addenda have been received and accounted for in their bid. All Contractors bidding the project are asked to email Joanna Heinrich to be placed on the "Plan Holders" list, which will be published on the Erickson Hall website 3 working days prior to bid date. There is no charge for Trade and Subcontractors to download and print bid documents, or to send to a reprographics house of their choice. No paper sets of plans or specs will be available from the District. OCIP: The Owner Controlled Insurance Program. The OCIP Manual is included in the Supplementary Conditions and all Trade Contractors are to carefully review and familiarize themselves with the requirements regarding eligibility and plan to participate. There are limitations to coverages in the OCIP and contractors are to review the details of said limitations and provide for those exclusions via separate policies. Any questions concerning the OCIP, coverage, exclusions or separate insurance that must be procured by Trade Contractor must be submitted in writing via a pre-bid RFI, with a deadline of May 6, 2021. The deadline for ALL questions and/or pre-bid RFI's, which are to be submitted to the Construction Manager, is May 12, 2021, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Responses will be issued via the last addendum by or on May 17th, 2021. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
