A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work in the Brooklyn College Chiller Plant Infrastructure Upgrade Phase II Project Contract includes all Labor and Materials, Equipment, sub-contracts associated with work on the Chillers and Cooling Towers and associated piping. Turbine Lift, Piping Alignments, Valve Replacements, Tube Cleaning, Re Tubing, Pumps, Insulation and various work on the Cooling Towers- Various Repairs, Replacement of Gear Box, Pinion Seals, Motors, Hot Water Basins, covers, nozzles, basin heaters, etc. All work will need to be coordinated with DASNY /BC on all shutdowns. Cooling System to the College will need to stay active during construction. Work to be coordinated with the College. The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of 10 years experience in similar work and be able to provide a list of 5 contracts, similar in size, scope and complexity to this contract, completed or substantially completed within the last 5 years.
