Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jasper, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of 3/18/2021, project has not yet been awarded, no estimated time frame as of the moment.** Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for roofing services for the Jasper Area Office Building. For a contract in excess of $100,000.00 a performance bond will be executed in the amount of the contract conditioned upon the faithful performance of the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Said bond will be solely for the protection of the state. For a contract in excess of $25,000.00 a payment bond will be executed in the amount of the contract, solely for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and material. All communications, clarifications, and questions concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, will be made in writing only to: Team1@dps.texas.gov DPS also reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any response, waive minor technicalities and award the response to best serve the interests of DPS.
