Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jasper, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for several items of work as follows: Street reconstruction including HMAC & concrete paving, storm sewer, sidewalks, and other pedestrian enhancements. A Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Cash currency is not acceptable as bid surety and is not to be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Bids may be held by the City of Jasper for a period not to exceed 75 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The City of Jasper reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
