Construction of the total project began with site prep in April 2021. An official groundbreaking then took place in October 14, 2021 with heavy and vertical construction starting after in late 2021. Construction is expected to be complete with the opening of the new facility in early 2025. Due to the COVID precautions, ACAA will not permit any Bidders to tour the site. In lieu thereof, the Construction Management Team (CM) will conduct a Virtual Prebid Meeting. In addition to addressing administration issues, a video tour of the work areas will be provided.
