This project consist of a new pre-manufactured 4,900 square foot exterior grade walk-in cooler freezer building that will include an enclosed receiving area, cooler, freezer and staging freezer located at 2025 S. 19th Street; Waco, Texas 76706. Outside of the enclosed building there will be an exterior loading dock, forklift ramp, stairs and an accessibility ramp. Details for this solicitation can be found in the Architect Manual and Drawing The Contingency for this project is $ 110,000.00. The liquidated damages for this project is $200.00 per day. A Payment and Performance Bond shall be required on individual projects of $25,000.00 or more. Bonds shall be made and payable to and its form approved by the owner in accordance to Texas Government Code 2253.021 (a through g). Bonds will be due within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. : Waco ISD has specific requirements for insurance. Contractors shall obtain and maintain insurance (with the exception of Workers' Compensation Insurance and Employer's liability coverage) with the Waco ISD named as an additional insured for the time period in which they are actually performing work for the District. For Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability the contractor will provide and maintain this coverage and waive subrogation in favor of the Waco ISD.
