As of 5/7/2021 project was already awarded for $2,896,537.93. The Worth County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for a combined total of 22.38 miles of road paving and asphalt overlay on roads located within the County. Work performed will include resurfacing with the specified surface or constructed with the appropriate surface treatment as noted. Asphalt resurfacing of existing roadway section shall consist of Soil Cement Base, Asphaltic Concrete Leveling Course, Bituminous tack coat as well as all required Leveling, Striping, Crack Sealant, Shoulder Clipping, and miscellaneous work required. Surface treatment roads shall be constructed as per County specifications. All work completed shall be per GDOT specifications and Worth County standards. Bonds Required: (1) Performance Bond is required in the amount of the bid. (2) Public Liability (3) Property Damage. Work should be completed by November 30th, 2021. Payment will be made upon completion of work after final inspection by the County. The Worth County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
