Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
A. In general, the Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, temporary protection, tools, and appliances necessary for the proper completion of the work as required in the Specifications, in accordance with good roofing practice, and as required by the materials manufacturer, as amended. The work under this Section generally includes the following: B. Replace cementitious wood fiber decking at areas found to be deteriorated or unsuitable. C. Furnish and install cementitious wood fiber plank roof decks, including accessories, connectors and appurtenances for deck replacement areas (Unit Price Item). D. Coordinate the repair or replacement of deteriorated cementitious wood fiber roof deck components. Repairs and replacements above and beyond the base bid to be performed as a Unit Price (Unit Price item). E. Repair surface defects in existing cementitious wood fiber deck uncovered during removal of existing roof systems. F. Provide sub-purlin bulb-tees as required. Roof Replacement and Associated Work at the Bourne Fire Station No. 1. Project includes roof replacement at 2 roofs and select EIFS wall repairs. DCAMM Certified in Roofing. Estimated Cost $120,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate
