The North Sagamore Water District Board of Water Commissioners are soliciting written quotations, to hire a qualified contractor to replace the roof on the water district office and garage. Minor roof repairs are also required following tree damage. Written quotes must be submitted to the District office by the deadline. Remove and dispose of roof shingles, drip edge, ridge vent and flashing over the entirety of three roof sections of the office and garage 2. Supply and Install roofing shingles with CertainTeed Landmark Pro roofing shingles - color Georgetown Gray 3. Supply and install CertainTeed DiamondDeck roofing underlayment 4. Supply and install 8" white drip edge along all roof edges 5. Supply and install continuous CertainTeed ridge vent (shingle over style) and ridge cap (CertainTeed ridge cap shingles) 6. Supply and install CertainTeed WinterGuard ice and water barrier up three feet along perimeter of roof along the gutter line, in valleys and around the skylights 7. Supply and install copper flashing around chimney and vent pipe 8. Contract shall include cost of My Edge Lifetime Roofing Warranty provided by CertainTeed Corp. with use of Landmark Pro Shingles. All construction shall be completed to and conform to CertainTeed installation instructions. 9. Contractor shall confirm all roof measurements and quantities needed prior to submitting a bid - see attachments A - C
