The work includes new utilities service to the new building, demolition of existing office buildings, re-configuration of the existing parking area, new asphalt paving and striping, new concrete curbing and concrete sidewalks and new landscaping. Bids will be binding for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date bids are opened. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid securities of the three lowest bidders will be retained until Contract award and execution. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.
