Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct the following: Earthwork 10,000 CY Aggregate Subbase 1,500 TN PVC Sanitary Sewer Main 970 LF DIP Water Main 1,770 LF Subdrain 1,200 LF 6" PCC Pavement 1,430 SY 30" Curb & Gutter 1,170 LF 6.5" HMA Pavement 1,680 SY The following items shall be appended to and become a part of the plans and specification for the above reference project and shall supersede any conflicting provisions of these documents. CLARIFICATIONS 1. Case B, Type 1 subdrain shall be used in lieu of Case A, Type 1 subdrain. Engineering fabric shall be used around entire subdrain trench, not just the subdrain pipe itself. 2. Water service saddle does not need to be used for Item #14: Water Service Stub, 1” 3. There have been multiple questions about earthwork quantities and calculations. The intent is to have the site balanced. Building pads may be adjusted to get the site to be balanced with approval from engineer.
