Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 1 EA Clear and Grub Tree 8,000 LF Remove Concrete Curb and Gutter 75,000 SY Bituminous Street Pavement Removal 10,000 SY Reclaim Bituminous Street 3,000 CY Common/Subgrade Excavation 6,000 TN Aggregate Backfill 8,600 TN Aggregate Base 22,000 TN Bituminous Mixtures 227 EA Adjust Structures 6 EA Watermain Fitting/Valve Dig Up and Evaluation/Repair 8,500 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 4,000 SF Concrete Walk and Pedestrian Ramps 4 EA Lighting Units 400 SF Traffic Signs 9,700 LF Pavement Markings 4,000 SY Seed, Fertilizer, Hydraulic Mulch. Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner
