Project Description: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction of an accessible parking area, elevated boardwalk, observation platform and drainage improvements. Work includes, but is not limited to; clearing & grubbing, installation and maintenance of sediment & erosion control measures, excavation/earthwork, grading, permanent stormwater controls, asphalt paving, trail construction, erection of pedestrian bridge, wood framed boardwalk and observation platform and miscellaneous site work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. There is one alternate for the installation of stone steps that may be selected after the bid opening. Individual checks for each project shall be made payable to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
