Site work and renovation of a civil project in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct 2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement and Rehabilitation. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of an elevated headworks, including a mechanical step screen, wash press, manual bar screen, force main relocation, and control panel; aeration basin improvements, including replacement of diffusers, cleaning and degritting, replacing slide gates, blasting and recoating air lines, and concrete repair; Clarifier Nos. 1 and 3 replacement, including demolition and replacement of the clarifier mechanisms, center pier, energy dissipating inlets, flocculating well, access platform, access bridge, drive unit and control panel, and concrete repair; lining all three (3) clarifier effluent troughs with a new protective coating including mortar repair; RAS/WAS pump station replacement, including demolition existing submersible pumps and installation of three (3) horizontal end-suction centrifugal pumps, valves, piping, supports, control panel, and VFDs; all associated plant piping, valves, fittings, and supports; all required electrical and instrumentation work; system bypassing necessary to complete the work; and all incidental components as shown on the construction drawings and specified in the contract documents necessary for a complete and operational system. The bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.The Owner reserves theright to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
