Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
No pre-Bid conference will be held at this time. Major components of the Work include: Vent modifications New roof handrail installation Miscellaneous structural modifications Interior and exterior surface preparation Interior and exterior tank coatings Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Vadnais Heights reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of The City of Vadnais Heights.
