P6035 (CSAH 14) Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks construction bids for two separate drainage improvement projects to include Lambert Creek (Koehler Road) and Bald Eagle Boulevard/Avenue to replace the plastic pipes and structures with concrete pipes and structures and rebuild the embankment. Background Information The Kohler Road at Lambert Creek drainage project was chosen as a priority due to erosion, embankment slump, degradation of the plastic pipes and structures. This project will be performed in the City of Vadnais Heights, Minnesota where Lambert Creek crosses Kohler Road approximately 1300 feet West of Edgerton Street which includes: full road closure, excavation, drainage pipe and structure replacement slope improvement, erosion and sediment control, traffic management, pavement marking, and signing. The project is adjacent to and will outlet to Lambert Creek. The Bald Eagle Lake drainage project was chosen as a priority due to drainage pipe and structure upheaval and damage. This project will be performed in the City of Whitebear, Whitebear Township, Minnesota at the intersection of West Bald Eagle Blvd and Bald Eagle Ave which includes: full intersection closure, pedestrian and traffic management, excavation, drainage pipe and structure replacement, pavement re-construction, erosion and sediment control, pavement marking, and signing.
