The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to extend the gravel bed of Dairy Land Trail, located on the former Soo Rail Line in Stearns County, from New Munich County Road 12 East to County Road 30. The total distance extended will be determined by the quotes received and the funds budgeted. Herein, the contractor is referred to as "Contractor." The Contractor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this service. This Project requires prevailing wages. COMPLETION TIME: October 31, 2025. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, award the contract in whole or in part, and award to the Vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
