Contractors/Vendors submitting bids must be licensed contractors with bonding and insurance. Copies of licenses, bonding and insurance must be provided. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work.
