Renovation of an educational facility in Jackson, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In accepting proposals, the SFA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality in order to take the action which it deems to be in the best interest of the SFA. Additional information required to adequately respond to this RFP may be obtained by emailing a request to paindm@troup.org. All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than 10:00 AM on March 26, 2021 to the attention of Diane Pain paindm@troup.org. Any additional information provided to one Offeror will be made available to all. Vendor's bid shall include the removal of the existing walk-in including the floor and refrigeration, installation of cooler/freezer box and floor, refrigeration units, electrical, plumbing, and complete flashing/finishing. Vendor's bid shall include the equipment as stated in Attachment A; no substitutions will be considered. Vendor shall provide the warranties and guaranties as stated in Attachment A. Vendor shall comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, policies, and instructions of GaDOE and USDA and any additions or amendments thereto. Any changes to the terms or conditions of this Contract, which are required by Federal or State law or rule, or changes to Federal or State laws or rules, are automatically incorporated herein, effective as of the date specified in such law or rule.
