The MDWFP is seeking to establish a contract for lawncare and landscaping services for the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science. It is understood that any contract resulting from RFX #3160004983 may require approval by the Public Procurement Review Board. If any contract resulting from RFX #3160004983 is not approved by the Public Procurement Review Board, it is void and no payment shall be made. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. Upon written agreement of both parties prior to each contract anniversary date, the contract may be renewed by MDWFP for a period of four (4) successive one-year period(s) under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract subject to approval by the PPRB. The total number of renewal years permitted shall not exceed four (4). Anticipated Period of Performance July 1, 2022- June 30, 2023
