Site work for a civil project in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of upgrading underground utilities between Sterling Hall and Park Street along Lathrop Drive. Utilities being upgraded include: New cast-in-place walkable steam tunnel (approximately 125 feet), New steam box conduits (approximately 400 feet), chilled water supply and return lines (approximately 700 feet (each) ), signal and primary ductbanks (approximately 825 feet), water lines (approximately 1000 feet), sewer lines (approximately 700 feet) There is no pre-bid tour scheduled for this project. The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project.
