Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Weatherford, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,972-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.
SEDALCO is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for this project and is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals for all work related to the project. Construction of the project will begin in May 2021. The main public safety building is 2-story and is approximately 34,000 SF. The support building is single story and approximately 2,800 SF. The project includes the new ground up buildings as well as all sitework needed for a complete project. Questions for this project are due by noon on Friday, 3/12 and should be sent in writing to Dave Ritz at dritz@sedalco.com. Proposals should be sent to bids@sedalco.com. Addendum #1 has been issued. Addendum #2 has been issued. Bid date has been extended to 3-30-2021, 2:00 PM, an addendum will be forthcoming, Addendum #3 has been issued.
