Lessor (Parker County) agrees to furnish the property, and to pay the items of expense listed below: A.) The above described property, including improvements located thereon. B.) Taxes on the land, improvements and personal property owned by Lessor (Parker County), if any provided however, that for any years Lessee leases said property after the first year, the rental payment shall be increased by the amount, if any, that the taxes on the land, improvements and personal property thereon owned by Lessor (Parker County), are increased over the base year being the first year of this Lease.
