Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Final Completion of the work shall be on or before June 30, 2021 The location of the project is: T 52 N R 25 W Section 19, 28, 29, & 30, Quadna Township The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to complete the following work on 8.2 acres of State Forest Annie Dagle Minimum Maintenance Road, located near the town of Hill City, MN: Clearing and grubbing of all timber, brush, and stumps 25 feet from the edge of treadway on both sides of the treadway. This road is primarily a logging road with some recreational use.
