Competitive Sealed Bids addressed to Mr. Edward M. Wylie, Interim City Manager, City of Pharr, will be received electronically at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Commission Room. All electronic bids must be uploaded on the City of Pharr's bidding portal electronically on or before the aforementioned date and time. A Bidder's Bond from a reliable surety company licensed to operate in the State of Texas or certified Cashier's Check, payable without recourse to the City of Pharr, for the amount of not less than five (5) percent (%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Pharr within the time specified.
