As of May 20, 2021 the contract was awarded to Donald Maggi, Inc. of Rolla, Missouri in the amount of $382,114.50. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. Project consists of the construction of 8,641 LF of 3"SDR 13.5 HDPE sewer force main; plug valves, combination air release valves; wet well; valve vault; concrete encasement; highway crossing bore; project shall also include construction of grinder pumps with owner supplied equipment package; all necessary thrust blocks, fittings, tees, and appurtenances; erosion control and riprap lined channel. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall begin assembly of materials and equipment within ten (10) days after receipt from the Owner of executed copies of the contract, The Work shall be substantially complete within 180 consecutive calendar days after the commencement date of the Contract. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in conformance with Article 14 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the commencement date of the Contract.
