Donagan Survey, Abstract No. 178, generally located at SH 29 and Parkside Parkway to be known as Water Oak North, Section 6 (2021-12-FP) – Travis Baird, Assistant Planning Director-Current Planning ITEM SUMMARY: Project Information: Project Name: Water Oak North, Section 6 Project Location: SH 29 and Parkside Parkway, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). Legal Description: 31.638 acres in the I. Donagan Survey, Abstract No. 178 Zoning District: N/A, Water Oak Development Agreement Applicant: LandDev Consulting, c/o Shervin Nooshin Property Owner: Chesmar Home, LLC, c/o Sean Chandler Case History: This is the fifth consideration of this request. This request was previously heard at the January 4, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. _____________________________________________________ Scope of Work of the Contract includes furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for construction of the water, wastewater, drainage, street excavation, paving, erosion control and miscellaneous items as more fully described in the Drawings and Specifications. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price, and maintenance bonds as stated on the Bid Sheet.
