Site work and new construction of a civil project in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Any questions about attaining bid packages, as well as technical questions shall be referred in writing to Michael dePierro at H2M Architects & Engineers, Inc., Ph: 732-414-2661x2250 Fax: 732-414-2662. Under the Bid Proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the Well No. 25 Water Treatment Plant in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contract will allow 390 calendar days for completion of the Contract. Contract documents - Checks or money orders shall be made payable to REV. Packaging and shipping costs are additional and shall be borne by the Bidder. Each Bidder Must Deposit Bid Security of (10%) Ten Percent of the Total Bid in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, but Not to Exceed $20,000.00, Payable to the Monroe Township Utility Department or M.T.U.D. Consent of Surety and a Performance Bond Are Required. The M.T.U.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves its interest.
