Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the paving of the public parking area adjacent. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder ad marked "Proposal for Parking Lot Paving". Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check made payable to the Board of Fire Commissioners Fire District No.1 Monroe Township in the amount of 10% of the amount bid. Submitted bids must remain valid for sixty (60) days following receipt. The successful bidder shall provide satisfactory performance guarantees for the faithful performance of the contract work until the :27contract work is completed and accepted. The Board reserves to itself the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities and to award the bid as may appear to be in the best interests of the Board. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, N.J.A.C. 17:27 (affirmative action); P.L. 1963, C. 150 (N.J. Prevailing Wage Act), 42 U.S.C. 12101 (A.D.A. ACT OF 1990); P.L. 1977 C.33 (Stockholder Disclosure Statement); P.L. 1999 C. 238 (Public works Contractor Registration Act) and P/L 2004 C.57.
