Renovation of a military facility in Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
h This SOW only applies to the East Region. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, testing, analysis, reports, permits, specifically air quality authority to construct permit, hauling, tools, equipment, and professional services to accomplish all the work involved as necessary to: Repair Exterior AFRL RQ F20019 and Preserve Historical Integrity: The work described by this TO includes (but is not limited to) the following: Repair and restore exterior walls to include fixing cracks, holes and poor mortar joints Replace Exterior doors with painted insulated hollow metal doors except the North-side man door at the main entrance. Four man doors approx. 3' x 7' and framework to be replaced to match the half lite on the North-side Two Maintenance doors approx. 12' x 12' to be replaced with steel frame heavy gauge meatal doors with 2 rows of glass lites in accordance to the design provided. Steel framework to be left in place Replace all windows, frames and sills with aluminum frames and insulated glass panels. Replace, seal and caulk face brick removed to accomplish frame replacements. Make incidental repairs to interior finishes to accomplish frame replacements.
