Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of September 8 2021 there is no apparent low bidders yet or awarded. The Wisconsin Avenue sidewalk work shall consist of construction of concrete sidewalk (6,140 S.F.), including cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, excavation (6,260 C.Y.), storm sewer (94 L.F. to 12" STO), asphalt repair (127 S.F.), traffic control, erosion control and turf grass restoration. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the town grand chute. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the owner. A Proof of Responsibility (Pre-Qualification) Form for all Contracts in excess of $10,000 must be filed in the office of the Town Grand Chute, Attn: Town Clerk, 1900 W Grand Chute Boulevard, Grand Chute, Wisconsin 54913 not later 4:00 p.m., local time, March 18, 2021, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment and experience to properly perform the Contract. The Town of Grand Chute's decision as to qualifications shall be final.
