IFB 23015 Food Service, Baking Lab 2, and Meat ID Lab Remodels Fox Valley Technical College is soliciting sealed bids to remodel two areas of its existing Culinary Arts, Baking and Food Service spaces. One area, approximately 4,000 SF, will create a dedicated food service kitchen, storage, and servery. The other area, approximately 4,200 SF, will create a new food service dish room, a new baking lab, and update the existing meat cooler and staff lounge.
