The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work on or before August 13, 2021. The schools will be occupied by staff and students from August 16, 2021. Any work that occurs on or after August 14, 2021 will need to be done during off hours (2 nd shift) toavoid disruptions to the schools. The contractor is responsible for the costs associated with overtime and working off hours (2 nd shift) to maintain the Substantial Completion date.
