Construct a new approximately 24 x 50 foot garage, to include all labor, products, equipment, materials, supplies, services, foundation, electrical, gravel and supervision. There is an optional site visit on May 3, 2022 at 10:00am. The total estimated contract value for this project is between $200,000 and $250,000. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION The Offeror may begin submitting questions and comments immediately after release of the SIR and up to May 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. Responses to questions will not necessarily change the date proposals are to be received. The FAA will respond by posting on SAM.gov on or about May 16, 2022. Questions and answers that clarify SIR details may be provided to all Offerors; however, the source of questions will not be identified. Discussions with potential Offerors may take place throughout the source selection process. Information disclosed as a result of oral or written discussions with an Offeror may be considered in the evaluation of the Offeror's submittal(s). Discussions with one Offeror does not necessitate communications with other Offerors.
