Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gwinn, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project consists of removal and replacement of classroom unit ventilators. Removal of indoor suspended gym air handling units and installation of new rooftop gym units. Structural steel reinforcement to support the new rooftop gym units. Replacement of hot water boiler system and pumps. Installation of gas piping to support the new equipment and new DDC controls (BACNET) and new front end for control of all equipment both new and existing. Removal of an old ventilation fan and heating coil air handling unit in the basement. Existing equipment will be installed as DDC over existing pneumatic controls.
