Limits for Phase 3 of the project are Arastradero/W Charleston Road from Los Palos Avenue to Alma Street and E Charleston Road from Middlefield Road to San Antonio Road. Refer to Plan Drawings and Special Provisions for the Scope of Work. The lowest bid shall be the lowest Base Bid without consideration of the prices on the Additive and Deductive Alternate items. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. B. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be performed, furnished and installed by the Contractor, at no increase in cost to the City. The Contractor shall also be responsible for construction coordination with other construction activities within the City.
