Project was awarded to Mar-Con Services, LLC in the amount of $1,653,314.03 Bid Bonds satisfactory to the City Council, payable to the City for at least 10% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within ten (10) days after the notice of award of contract to him. The requirement for a performance and payment bond will be waived if the successful bidder's total bid amount on the project is under $100,000.00, and if no partial payment will be required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids, to waive any and all technicalities, and to accept any bid, or part of bid, which it deems advantageous to itself.
