The City of Kingston's Cultural Services Department requires the design, fabrication and installation of new didactic signage for new public art assets. The selected vendor will work with the City of Kingston to fabricate and install the signage to concur with the opening of new public art on an ongoing basis. The City of Kingston's Public Art Signage Program requires fabrication and installation of both Basic and Interpretative signs throughout the City at various locations as referenced in Appendix E - Samples. The City will require both Basic and Interpretative signs on an "as-and-when-required basis". The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) year, with additional reviews for the 2 year warranty period with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
