At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: equipment, labor, and appurtenances thereto for the rehabilitation of the Garfield County Fairgrounds. Rehabilitation includes installation of a concrete pad, bleachers, bathroom facility, and associated appurtenances.
