Renovation of a military facility in Milan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Scope ofWork provides for replacement of existing roofing and associated sheet metal and trim, including gutters, downspouts, and trim, and vertical access ladders at both buildings, replacement of existing insulated glass units with broken seals, at both buildings, replacement of broken/cracked brick or CMU veneer, and select tuckpointing, and control joint sealant, at both buildings, and replacement of existing roof exhaust fans at both buildings. Replacement of existing glass-block windows of the Readiness Center, with fixed aluminum windows at upper Multi-Purpose Room, and replacement of vehicle exhaust system and tube heater systems at Vehicle Maintenance Building PLA is required for this project. This is a Single Prime Delivery Method project.
