The City of League City is now accepting sealed proposals for Operations and Management of the Big League Dreams Sports Park.The clock located at the receptionist desk in the lobby of City Hall will be the official time. Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. All inquiries about this RFP must be submitted in writing by emailing the Purchasing Department at: purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov. Manage and be responsible for all aspects of the Sports Park's day-to-day operation, including full- and part-time personnel, fiscal procedures and controls, repairs and maintenance, Sports Park cleaning, improvements to the physical plant, and exterior maintenance, landscaping, maintenance of sidewalks, driveways and parking areas, as well as the purchasing of all required services, including the hiring, coordination and oversight of contractors, vendors and suppliers. Maximize the utilization of the Sports Park and resulting revenue streams. The expectations for booking and event marketing services include programming a broad mix of events that appeal to all segments of the community and are in keeping with multi-purpose public assembly venues of similar size and orientation.
