Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gaylord, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work will be substantially completed in 45 working days or before August 27, 2021, whichever comes first, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 17, 2021. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Construction of bituminous reclamation and overlay, installation of drain tile and sump pump service lines, and minor curb repair. It also includes some segments of thin bituminous overlay and other miscellaneous items required to complete the improvements. This shall include following requirements outlined in the SWPPP and the NPDES Stormwater Permit.
