Major quantities of the Work include: 8,000 CU YD COMMON EXCAVATION (EV)(P) 3,500 CU YD SELECT GRANULAR BORROW (CV)(P) 3,500 CU YD TOPSOIL STRIPPING 1,000 CU YD AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 700 TON BITUMINOUS MIXTURE (SP 9.AND 12.5) 1,800 LIN FT 4 INCH PVC PIPE DRAIN 6,300 SQ FT 4 INCH AND 6 INCH CONCRETE WALK 1,800 LIN FT CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER 9.5 ACRE TURF ESTABLISHMENT 1,200 LIN FT 12 INCH TO 30 INCH RC PIPE SEWER DESIGN 3006 10 EACH CONSTRUCT DRAINAGE STRUCTURE 900 LIN FT 6 INCH AND 8 INCH PVC C-900 DR 18 WATER MAIN 900 LIN FT 8 INCH PVC SDR 35 SANITARY SEWER 4 EACH CONSTRUCT SANITARY MANHOLE DESIGN 4007 - 48 INCH Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids shall be directed to the City Administrator, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR 2019 THIRD STREET EXTENSION." The City of Gaylord reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Gaylord.
