Any person monitoring the meeting remotely may be responsible for any documented costs. Message and data rates may apply. All work as specified herein shall be in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, 1901 E 66th Street, Richfield, Minnesota, 55423. Approximate quantities are: 8-inch CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining LF 659 9-inch CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining LF 18,307. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City Council of Richfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $30 at the time of bid submission via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through Quest CDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Documents prepared by SEH dated March 3, 2022.
