Project CFHWY00731 includes grading, drainage, paving, signing, and striping. Project CFHWY00621 includes grading, paving, guardrail, bridge repair, signalization, and automated traffic recorders. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid.
