The Town of Hartford Public Works Department is requesting proposals for Troubleshooting and Assessment/Design Services at the Quechee Wastewater Treatment Facility. No Pre-Bid Meeting is planned. Last Day to Submit Questions: 4:00 PM local E.S.T. on Friday March 26, 2021. The Agreement shall commence upon execution by the Town and shall terminate upon expenditure of all funds provided herein or on December 31, 2021, whichever date is earlier. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, or to accept the proposal(s) which in the judgment of proper officials is in the best interest of the Town.
