The bids shall include the supply of the noted aggregate products. The Town of Hartford reserves the right to request sieve analysis of the materials. Bids must also include a commitment to provide up to 120% of the estimate tonnage. Other than for winter sand, bid shall include a cost for provision of aggregate material at the supplier's site. Winter Sand - Supply and delivery in the fall and winter of 2023- 2024 of approximately 5,800 cubic yards of winter sand/super grit to two stockpile areas, one to the Town of Hartford Public Works Facility and the other at Quechee Wastewater Facility. The Town of Hartford reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to award contracts in whole or in part if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town.
