The Town of Hartford Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting proposals to provide Spring and Fall clean-up within a select number of parks within Hartford, VT. This proposal is intended to: 1) improve the aesthetic appearance of public spaces, and 2) reduce the build-up of unwanted organic debris in select parks within the Town of Hartford, VT. The Contractor shall list prior experience and may be required to provide references demonstrating successful completion of similar work. The Contractor may be required to demonstrate that they consistently perform work using the highest quality of workmanship. The Contractor may be required to demonstrate that they own or has access to the equipment required to perform the work.
